What is Our Free Support Policy?

At 4Dealership, we believe every customer is important and is the reason for our existence. We also realize that our growth lies in keeping our customers happy even after they pay one time fee. All questions submitted will be replied within 2-24hrs, except weekend's and public holidays.

4Dealership provides ticketing & telephone support (during the business hours) program related problem diagnosis and resolution, clarification in documentation, and technical guidance excluded any none related support that relates to Operation Systems, attached devices or something else beyond our control.

Before you call or email us: First you must be committed to review the support documentation and online tutorials , FAQ associated with our software, available through Help and More, This will ensure the best and fastest response to your request.

Our Free support policy NOT allows to direct contact with any vendor that you work with. If you are working with financial/advertising companies and requesting some data feed, your responsibilities to contact them, understand what they need, such as file format, what kind data so on, then contact us with your request, if we have any technical questions you will be in the middle to know what is going on and what kind data transferring to protect your own dealership.

To continue provide free support please try not to abuse it. When a dealer calls us and ask my printer not working that is abusing our free support. When dealer calls and ask I can't access internet that is abusing our free support. Many other issues that are not relates to our software, our support only for MyDealership application.

What includes forever Free support:

1-Program updates & (minor or major) are free.

2-All new forms, or modification are free.

3-All fixes (minor or major) are free. (included in #1)

4-Help on first time setup multi users with remote access (screen sharing) Free (after 5 PM CST and Saturday 8 AM -12 PM)

5-Adding new features (if helps other dealers) free, but if requested feature only for your dealership (for example special upload to some sites) is not free, we charge small fee for it (doesn't exceed program fee).

6-Not all requested features will be added, we have right to reject any feature/change that impact overall program functionality or part of it. the program designed very well and in stable state. you have 30 days to test the program with full functionality with minor restrictions.

7-You can contact our support team with any questions before purchase to make sure you get what you want.
