In the past our refund policy was misused and exploited by some customers who created false reasons for refund but continued to use our software after the refund. Because of this our company now has a very stricter refund policy for our 4Dealership software.
Our software available for test and purchase on our web site is downloadable
(It is Intangible Goods (downloadable software as in demo version,
you will NOT receive any product "CD or DVD" ).
Fully functional, and try it before-you buy it policy. We provide 30
days risk free trial periods to let you fully evaluate our software
before you make a purchase decision, if 30 days not enough to make
decision please let us know and we will extend it for you.
Please use the trial period to make sure that the software meets
your needs before purchasing a license. All of our software is
fully-functional during the trial period (except minor restriction).
Demo version is same full version in functionality, except
minor restrictions
1-All forms has water mark (Trial Version) to restrict selling
vehicle on demo version, but doesn't stop you from seeing what we
offer
2-Allows only 200 vehicles, more than enough to know if the
program fits your needs or not
3-You cannot post to extenal websites (to avoid spammers
and for privacy protection)
4-You cannot send SMS or email to your customers (to avoid
spamming and for privacy protection)
If you purchase our software, after your payment has cleared you
will receive an email with the registration code to unlock the
software. Once this information is emailed to you, NO REFUNDS
WILL BE GIVEN. We have this policy since we cannot revoke
registration information after it has been released.
During your 30 days trial period, our support staff is available to
assist in installation and configuration via email. We strongly
recommend that all customers download, install, and test the trial
version of our software prior to making a purchase.
If you discover an issue which has substantially diminished your
enjoyment of our car dealer software, or you need to request new
functionality, please send us an email through
contact us page or create support ticket,
describing the issue so that we can assist you in resolving any
problem that you may have experienced before the purchase.
Our software tested in all listed windows OS (Windows XP SP3, Windows 7,
8, 10, Windows server 2003 latest SP, 2008 and 2008 R2, Windows 10 and 11) in both 32bit and 64 bit without known
issue.

5-You understand the free email support, updates, and upgrades policy (no charge).
6-You understand that you don't get an email immediately after you click confirm on confirmation page; it may take up to 8 hours to get the downloaded email. (Because of the link in the email, some email servers mark the email as spam.).
7-You understand the software is a standalone application that installs just like the demo version on Microsoft Windows (not a website or mobile app).Please see FAQ.
8-You understand there is no way to import your old data from previous software or any other media or source.Please see FAQ.
9-If you can't find the answer to your question before you buy the software, please submit a support ticket to get a free answer.
10-If you are using Windows OS Basic or Home Edition, there will be some limitations for uploading your active inventory and may be to an online VIN decoder. Windows Basic and Home Edition have security limitations beyond our control.
11-VIN decoder and free WFD website (free classified ads) are free services we offer and not part of our software; they can be terminated in the future without notice.
12-When you click Buy and pay for the software you confirm that you will bind yourself to this agreement and terms of service with the software EULA.
Important Note: We are a licensed, legit IT company located in Brentwood, TN, USA. Sometimes the antivirus software treats a program as infected; our software is free of viruses, any kind of malware, and any harmful action. Because the full version has more functionalities than the demo version, like uploading pictures to your free website, checking for free updates and backups, and downloading free forms, we use encryption to encrypt customers' data (this causes a false positive flag). Those functions suspect the antivirus software. This doesn't mean you can't use the software again. All you need to do is tell the antivirus to trust this software or exclude the program folder. Unfortunately, we have no control over this. If you don't trust our software, please don't buy it; we don't offer a money-back guarantee.
