In the past our refund policy was misused and
exploited by some customers who created false reasons for refund but
continued to use our software after the refund. Because of this our
company now has a very stricter refund policy for our 4Dealership
Our software available for test and purchase on our web site is downloadable
(It is Intangible Goods (downloadable software as in demo version,
you will NOT receive any product "CD or DVD" ).
Fully functional, and try it before-you buy it policy. We provide 30
days risk free trial periods to let you fully evaluate our software
before you make a purchase decision, if 30 days not enough to make
decision please let us know and we will extend it for you.
Please use the trial period to make sure that the software meets
your needs before purchasing a license. All of our software is
fully-functional during the trial period (except minor restriction).
Demo version is same full version in functionality, except

vehicle on demo version, but doesn't stop you from seeing what we

If you purchase our software, after your payment has cleared you
will receive an email with the registration code to unlock the
software. Once this information is emailed to you, NO REFUNDS
WILL BE GIVEN. We have this policy since we cannot revoke
registration information after it has been released.
During your 30 days trial period, our support staff is available to
assist in installation and configuration via email. We strongly
recommend that all customers download, install, and test the trial
version of our software prior to making a purchase.
If you discover an issue which has substantially diminished your
enjoyment of our car dealer software, or you need to request new
functionality, please send us an email through

describing the issue so that we can assist you in resolving any
problem that you may have experienced before the purchase.
Our software tested in all listed windows OS (Windows XP SP3, Windows 7,
8, 10, Windows server 2003 latest SP, 2008 and 2008 R2) without known
issue. also tested in full version of windows 8 & 10 in many
